xine - problem with dvd

Hi
I have mythdora 4, everything has been working ok, but I got a recent dvd this year and when trying to play it, I get a lot of image slopiness, and xine finally drops and send a message saying that a lot of buffering and it exists back to mythdora, I trid a older dvd from last year and that one plays ok, do I need to update xine or the codecs?

The simplest thing to try
The simplest thing to try would be to see what top says while your watching both the good DVD and the bad DVD. So what I do is start an xterm from MythDora Tools and then alt+tab and go to watch a DVD. While the DVD plays hit alt+tab again and then type in top. Look at your CPU percentage. Sounds like it's getting maxed out. The correction depending on what video card you use is to maybe use an accelerated video option in the Xine playback command.
