Problems about YUM install some in mythdora

I tried to install some software via yum, but there are alway soem errors, and can't do successflly still.
I tried to install different software, such as: yum install gcc-c++ freetype-devel lame-devel, never success.
for example:

Thank you for the reply Dennis. I'm pretty new to Linux in general so I may be missing something fairly simple.

When I do a yum install xine, I recieve the below. I went to http://dl.atrpms.net/fc5-i386/redhat and the updates-legacy folder does not exist.

This didn't work to play my WMVs however.
