Mass edit/view id3 tags?

Does anyone know of the best way to view and edit multiple MP3 ID3 tags at once?

I don't think there is a facility within mythtv to mass edit.

Haha, funny that. I hadn't even used it before, I just did a quick search and clicked one of the results randomly! Its good to know which apps are good though, I'm sure I'll need a Linux ID3 editor at some point.

picard looks pretty handy as well, especially if you have lots of music with false ID3 information. I'll have to check it out.

theres also another program called picard available from
www.musicbrainz.org which tries to identify the mp3 from thos already in it is database & then autocompletes the tags on the mp3.

i find it quite useful.
