cutting and converting

I have MythDora 4 running on my P4 with a PVR-150 without any problems.

Setup 2 transcoding profiles for XviD and lossless MPEG-2. Set the transcoding profile properly when scheduling your recording (or change anytime before transcoding) After commercial flagging is done, edit the cutlist and press 'z' to load the commercial flags. Have you checked that the time on your system is set correctly? If its always hooked up to the internet you could use the ntp daemon to synchronize your systems time with stratum1/stratum2 servers.

We have a lot of problems with some of the channels in Australia that purposely run late, from what I've heard too circumvent DVR's? In Mythweb there are options too start recording early in your case maybe 5 minutes early and end 10 minutes late.

It would be nice if there were per-channel or global options too set this settings.
