ntfs-3g
yum install ntfs-3g will install NTFS support on Fedora. Anyone know if this will adversely effect the performance or function of MythDora 4?
Any reason why you want ntfs

Sure
If you've installed dual-boot and didn't think to provide a common FAT32 partition the two O/Ses can share, it comes in handy for doing things MythDora is reluctant to do. For example, printing a .pdf file or passing a URL for a Windows-centric website, or testing a media file that mplayer or VLC won't handle. It's not a must-have, but it has its uses. Dual-boot can also provide a place to park a backup copy of your working xorg.conf, modprobe.conf etc. before doing a MD re-install, as well as a separate means of testing your tuners. And if you get careless with your root privileges, you've got a way to come here and confess. :-(
It can but if thats built
It can but if thats built into the fc6/Mythdora kernel that I dont know.
NTFS support
The mount command is supposed to support NTFS partitions but in practice returns it as an unkown type!
Is there an easy to use
Is there an easy to use write up somewhere on how to get it working?
