Hi Myth,

I do not know how to do a database repair but I have found that I have about 6000 entries in the oldrecorded table of mysql and thought that it maybe taking a long time searching!

After repairing the mysql,
After repairing the mysql, mythtv does not start anymore :-(,
So I have backed up what I need and am going for a reinstall using mythdora V4.0....
