Recently when I restart my computer, I end up with two instances of mythfrontend being started automatically. One instance is coming from ~/.kde/Autostart/startup.sh. Where's the other one coming from? Any idea how this got added to my startup, and how to remove it?
Thanks,
darren

Do you know if both
Do you know if both instances are being started by /usr/share/mythdora/mythfrontend.sh? If you temporarily (as root) rename mythfrontend.sh and reboot, does the frontend still start?
KDE's Find File/Folder search tool is extremely powerful in that it can not only locate files, but also text within files. In my entire system there are only 11 files that contain the text "mythfrontend.sh", but there are 67 containing "mythfrontend". Unless Dennis or Ryan have some magic dust in their hip pockets, I think you'll need to do a little more detective work to put this one to bed.
Thanks. I'll do some more
