I did not see a way to change between mobile and regular webmin templates.
You need to delete the current web user from mythconverg
The code below did it for me. I got this from http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/MythWeb#Mythweb_fails_to_detect_wap.2Fwml_devices_when_secured.
DELETE FROM mythweb_sessions WHERE id = 'user:'Once this is performed to the database, it will work properly again. However, once you visit with your smartphone again, the same issue will come up.
To handle this properly, we need to have one user for standard web browsers and one user for our mobile browsers. See http://www.mythdora.com/?q=node/3460 for response from Dennis on this. I have not had time yet to do this.

Try adding '?RESET_TMPL=true' to the end of a mythweb URL and it
should reset the template.
This is the fix for it.
It should look like this in your web browser.
