New installation over MD4 install

I've used mythtv (for several years) and mythdora (since MD4) and MD5 is excellent, thanks to all the hard work for putting this together.
I have two frontends each with their own backend one is MD4 and one is MD5.
I'd like to upgrade my MD4 box, but it was a bit complex to build because of the h/w - its a VIA EX15000G with a hauppauge 350 that I am using the 350s TV out for video and I change channels on my SA3250 with firewire.
