sounds work dvd but livetv playback not work

I have been searching everywhere related to no sounds. but kept finding solves for the sounds output but that is not my issue.
my issue is that whenever i play dvd sounds works just fine its just LiveTV and Playback that has no sound at all.
is there anyway to check configure for the sounds coming out of tuners?

You shouldn't have any issue
You shouldn't have any issue at all from the PVR-250 tuner with sound. Is this the first card you setup in mythtvsetup? If not then it sounds like your other card is the first. The saa7134 tuner cards can be tricky to setup. So which card is it? Some do better then others.
