VMWare configuration in MythDora 10.21

I have downloaded and installed the latest VMWare Workstation on my fresh MythDora front-end machine.
When I try to run VMWare Workstation, I get a popup from VMWare Kernal Module Updater stating that GCC 4.3.2 was not found.

Can anyone tell me if I need to install additional software to make this work? I went to add it, but it was already checked. Perhaps it is in a non-default location. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nevermind. I finally got it all working one I figured out that I had the wrong sources for updates set and installed the dev portions that I was missing.
