I am hoping there is a way to tweak this.

When in upcoming recordings you can easily review/resolve conflicts and see what recordings have started immediately after a reboot.

Previously, if you tried to delete an episode with the menu option(enter iirc) it would offer options regarding the episode itself so you could delete it, or set it to rerecord and another item or two.

Unfortunately it now only offers the option to delete the entire rule.

I'll keep trying to find a useful way to delete problematic episodes, however any useful direction would be of help.

Many thanks

Seems I spoke to soon . . . a bit

Having spent several more hours it turns out that I was correct and incorrect.

The "enter" option to delete an individual showing as I suggested above still exists for files that have yet to start recording.

The option does not exist for those that have started recording. Now when an item has started to record you can only tell it to stop recording in this area. I recall there was some stability issues with my old system I felt it might have been due to allowing me to delete shows from the upcoming recordings menu, I can only guess that the option was either overlooked or that it was removed intentionally for stability and I hope it is the latter. One can still delete recording shows from the watch recordings area.
