Update DB Schema on 10.21

  • user warning: Table './drupal_gding/cache_filter' is marked as crashed and should be repaired query: UPDATE cache_filter SET data = '<p>I installed MD 12.23 Frontend-Only pointing to my existing Backend running 10.21 (I output to the TV via s-video which I understand requires Fedora 12, indeed Fedora 10 didn\'t seem to support it). I updated mythtv-setup in the Backend to have the static IP instead of the loopback address and I seem to be connecting to it. When I run mythtv-setup on the Frontend-Only box I get a message stating that the I need to update the database schema (on the Backend MD 10.21) in order for MD 12.23 to use it. The question is, can I run the latest schema on MD 10.21? If so, do I lose anything (like the Blootube theme or PVR-350 support which is keeping me from going to 12.23 on the Backend)?</p>\n<p>If I update the schema on 10.21 and wish to backup to the previous schema for some reason will a simple database restore work for me?</p>\n<p>Aside, the MythTV (frontend start) icon on the 12.23 desktop points to usr/share/mythdora/mythfrontend.sh, but that file doesn\'t exist at 12.23 (it does at 10.21).
