MythTV 0.24.2-1 and a newer is available in the mythdora-testing repo. A new version of QT is required to satisfy the dependency, it's also in the repo.
If you choose to upgrade perform the following:
yum clean all
yum --enablerepo=mythdora-testing install mythtv m2vrequantiser mythtv-themes qt
(m2vrequantiser required for mytharchive)
You should see the 0.24.2-1 rpms in the download items if the mirrors are populated.
Type "Y" to continue with installation.

FIXED - Error after upgrade
Oh man... hope you can help. Have been running 12.23 since it was released and kept mythtv up to date using update methods you posted here. So, was running latest prior to this update. Followed these instructions and mythbackend gives the follwoing error.

To build the src package it required qt-webkit-devel, so I had to build a new version of QT to satisfy the build machine. I guess it's possible that the rpm itself doesn't have the same dependency. Either way, we'll probably need a newer qt version if I can manage to get 0.25 running on F12.
