Compatability

Now that .20 is out...
What is compatability between frontends and backends.
ie. Can a .19 frontend work with a .20 backend?
and Can a .20 frontend work with a .19 backend?

To be more specific...
From the release notes it looks like Isaac has changed the network socket class between 0.19 and 0.20. Also, the format and structure of the database has changed slightly.
The two might be related, because the different network socket keeps a 0.19 frontend from FUBARing a 0.20 backend database, and vice versa.
The net result, though, is that 0.20 won't talk with 0.19.
