Is it possible to create a slave backend with no encoder? My windows box sits on my desk most of the time doing nothing. On several nights during the week, I record a lot of shows at the same time or back to back. What I want to do is set up a MythDoraVM on my windows box to do a lot of the after the fact processing of recorded stuff ( comm flag, transcode, etc ) so that the master backend is free to record. But I don't want/have a capture card to put in my new slave. I just want it to be a part time processor.
