Is VIA EPIA EN12000E a good choice for a silent HTPC?

Hello everyone
I am thinking of getting a VIA EPIA EN12000E for my frontend/backend.
Is this board supported in MythDora ?
According to the information from VIA it should be able to do HDTV. Will this be possible with MythTV once I get either a Blueray drive or HDTV via cable ?
In the living room I have a 37" LCD-TV which support 1080i via DVI. The frontend/backend will be located next to this TV and I will use it with a Plextor TV402U. Some of the other PCs in the house will sometimes be used for frontends.
I have also been thinking about getting a AMD Turion or Intel Core based system but I am not sure which motherboard I should get. Any ideas ?
Best regards

Hi
I can't say that the VIA EPIA EN12000EG is a good choise right now.
The problem that I have is that support for the video driver is lacking in version 3.2 of Mythdora.
It says for video card: "VIA Technologies, Inc. Unknown device". The motherboard has the VIA CN700 chipset that's not supported. The result is that whan I try to use it for S-video out that tv is black when X is starting up. Note: I have seen that Fedora Core 6 find's everything correct.
Is there anyone that knows how to install support for the motherboard?

Your not trying to install
Your not trying to install connected to a TV are you? Cause this will not work. As for the video driver issue, it's really not that. The problem seems to be that the Epia boards don't like booting an SMP kernel. But of course I find this out after I've already completed the stinking new version. I hear that booting into the single processor fixes this but your really not doing yourself any favors as all the kernel modules are for the SMP kernel. It also could just be the fact that this kernel version period won't boot up using these types of boards. When the FC6 version comes out, which is being worked on now, hopefully things will work much better.
