Hey, had my mythbox Running for near a f/night now, uptime of 4 days and doing well, some small glitches but there easily tollerated :)

One problem i have is Mplayer... and lircrc..... i can only get the Esc key to work nothing else will i did once or twice but not anymore my config is somthing like this

begin
prog = mplayer
button = back
config = Esc
end

begin
prog = mplayer
button = vol_up
config = /
end

begin
prog = mplayer
button = vol_dn
config = *
end

ect....
both * and / work on my keybord and my USB Mini Keypad that sits on top of the TV unit as the control panel for the box.

anyone got any Ideas on how toi make mplayer better on the ircd front???

also when using FFD and REW in Mythtv how is that best to be setup?? iv noticed on mine its slow and painfull to use and i nearly cant be bothered. as i am an Ex-User of WinMCE (good rittence) is there anyway to make it Stick on so i dont have to hold it down and is there any way to control The speed?? other than the Repeat in lircrc
